1. Please
call 203.256.8450 or email salkofarmandstable@msn.com for Teddie to schedule a day and time for your lesson. This will
be your time every week.
2. We strictly enforce
a 24 hour cancellation policy – ESPECIALLY DURING SCHOOL BREAKS – since we have so many riders from so
many different schools, it is up to each parent to cancel during their school breaks – NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!! Additionally,
a rider is only allowed 2 cancellations every 6 months, otherwise they will lose their riding time.
3.
THE ONLY WAY TO CANCEL A LESSON IS TO CALL TEDDIE AT 203.256.8450 AND LEAVE A MESSAGE ON THE ANSWERING MACHINE. NO
OTHER CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED – NO EXCEPTIONS!!! DO NOT TELL YOUR INSTRUCTOR
OR CHRIS -- if you do so, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT LESSON.
4. We
require that everyone pay for a series of 5 lessons in advance (a check or cash). (Should you take
any less than 5 lessons, there is a $5 scheduling charge per lesson.)
5. After a 5 lesson series is completed, you have
the option of keeping your lesson time and continuing; BUT you must notify Teddie that you are stopping otherwise you will
continue to be charged. Our students ride all year long, therefore the spaces we have available are limited. Should
you decide to stop riding we cannot guarantee that your riding time, if any, will be available at a later date.
6. Teddie will send all bills on the day of the 3rd lesson
in your series (as a reminder), so that parents will have ample time to mail the check or bring the check the day of the 1st
lesson of the new series. Any late payments will be assessed a $10 late charge per lesson.
